More new updates coming this week...

Hi ladies! I hope everyone's September has got off to a great start! The Bengals looked PHENOMENAL today with a huge win over the Chiefs! I was thinking about you today, Kimbraly (former Ben-Gal that now cheers with the Chiefs)!

I'm a little behind on updates and postings this week. I've spent the last week in Las Vegas competing at Ms. Fitness USA! It has been a busy (not to mention exhausting!) week and I'll be catching up on emails and postings later this week.
