Hazel ('01-'04) shares with the blog an update on her favorite workout class offered by Adrenaline Sports and Fitness.

"The staff of ASF will be at Dicks SportingGoods at Bridgewater Falls (off of Hamilton 129) this Saturday, November 25th starting about Noon till about 5pm. They will be demonstrating some of the exercises that we do in Boot Camp as well as the other classes and training that they offer. Come by and check it out!" - Hazel
